Piece 1 Directions
Pros: Throughout user testing the experience of this format seemed really successful and new to my users. The graphics were clear and answered 9/10 of all the questions my users had. | Cons: Users needed to squint to clearly see the poster behind the annotation and needed to readjust there eyes to the annotation afterward. Further instructions may help the viewer to know how to the frame is used. The map need to have a clearer motive. |
Pros: The graphics are very clear and convey accurate symbolism of the titanic. The purpose of the poster is clear. | Cons: The poster seems to get lost wherever it is placed around the poster. The information seems overwhelming in this format. |
Pros: The association users have with a certain social class that they are assigned helps them to clearly relate with the cause. Statistics on the back helped the users get an even clearer idea of how serious this economic crisis is. | Cons: Only so much information can be placed on a small card and these are primarily containing logos. |
Piece 2 Directions
Pros: This wallet direction does well in relating to the users and there habits of carrying money in wallets and it shocked them to open up this 'wallet' and see it empty. It functions well by further promoting advocacy towards the Occupy movement. | Cons: This format could contain more information, primarily pathos. Needs to be more vibrant "Pick me up!". |
Pros: The users were interested in the format because they were attracted to the money look of it. The information on the back was successful with logos and pathos. | Cons: The graphics need more detail and to appeal more. It needs to give the user more motive to pick this up on the front. |
Pros: This billboard sticks out to the users because of the use of red and the clear type face. The advocacy is promoted further through this format. | Cons: Clearer instructions could be given as to what 9/17/11 is. More logos would be nice as well as a more unique design separating this direction from the piece 1. The logos needs to be proken down on several different posters. |
